 TEST YOUR AVIATION SKILLS

Do you have the flying skills to shoot through the sky and soar with the birds? See if you've got the right stuff in our aviation lingo quiz. One of these four aviation words is a fake—if you nail it and spot which one it is, you'll get a special prize.

Fill out the form below with the answer and you will get entered into our contest to win a FREE ePulp (all 80 audiobooks pre-loaded on an iPod player).

1. airdrome: a military air base.

2. cowling: the removable metal housing of an aircraft engine, often designed as part of an airplane's body, containing the cockpit, passenger seating and cargo but excluding the wings.

3. pylons: towers marking turning points in a race among aircraft.

4. slipstrings: supports for a structure such as an aircraft wing, roof or bridge.

You can enter the contest as often as you want. We have monthly drawings and award an iPod every month. Winners will be selected in a random drawing that takes all correct answers into account.

The contest is open to anyone 18 years or older. The winner will be announced in our weekly newsletter, so watch out for it!
